During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: United States
  • International: Worldwide

If your location is not listed, feel free to contact us to check availability.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties determined by your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number

We will assist you with a replacement or solution.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, family members, or your local carrier before reaching out.

8. Changes to Shipping

Once an order is processed, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need help modifying shipping information.
