Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
  • We cover the return shipping fee for defective or wrong items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund instead.
